On 18th October 2017 judgment will be handed down by the Supreme Court in the case of Armes -v- Nottinghamshire County Council (also known as NA -v- Nottinghamshire County Council), an appeal dealing with non-fault liability under the principles of (i) ‘Woodland’ non-fault liability and (ii) Vicarious liability.
