We assist a range of clients, from individuals and unions to insurers, SME’s, major organisations and a wide range of government departments and agencies, with instructions received from professional clients and by Direct Access.

We advise and represent in all aspects of employment law, whether in the Employment Tribunal or the County and High Court, including breach of contract, unfair and constructive dismissal, equal pay, discrimination, and victimisation amongst other areas.

Together with our Commercial Dispute Resolution Team, we are regularly instructed in cases of breach of confidence and restrictive covenants and we both seek and defend injunctive relief.
