  Hollie’s personal injury work is wide-ranging, covering areas such as employer’s liability, disease, professional or clinical negligence, Highways Act claims, Occupiers’ Liability Act claims, product liability and road traffic claims.

• Counter Fraud

  Hollie has significant trial experience and is well-versed in the application of legal principles relating to fraudulent and fundamentally dishonest claims and is not afraid to ask the difficult questions.

• Credit Hire

  Hollie has an excellent knowledge on the law-heavy topic of credit hire and will always identify and argue the relevant legal principles at trial, be it at a low-value small claims trial or a fast-track trial where hire charges can be significant.

• Data Protection & Information

  Hollie receives regular instructions in data protection claims.  Despite her junior status, the quality of her work in this niche area has led to her being one of a handful of preferred counsel in Chambers for such cases.

  She is currently instructed for the Claimants in a group litigation involving large scale and well-publicised data breaches.

• Property & Real Estate

  The property work undertaken by Hollie mainly consists of housing disrepair claims.  However, owing to optional study undertaken at university and experience with pupil supervisors whose practices featured much land and trusts work, she is confident in undertaking a variety of property/land work.

• Sports

  Hollie has a particular interest in sports and hopes to expand her practice into sports law claims.
